About us

The Organisme de Gestion de l’Enseignement Catholique Notre Dame (OGEC N-D) is the non-profit body that manages the Notre-Dame Catholic schools; it is an association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901 and the decree of 16 August 1901.
It brings together co-opted and ex-officio members, who elect a board of directors; the board in turn elects its executive committee and its chairman.

Fonctionnement Enseignement Catholique

The OGEC bears legal responsibility for the economic, social and financial management of the schools, and ensures full compliance with the French laws that govern its mission.
The OGEC provides the Centre Scolaire Notre-Dame with an essential part of the resources it needs to carry out its work, for the benefit of its pupils.

Two essential pillars thus enable the Centre Scolaire Notre-Dame to pursue its educational mission: diocesan oversight and the OGEC.
